Privacy Policy

Conexa Labs Inc. (“ConexaLabs”, “we”, “us”) builds mobile applications. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how our apps are designed to handle your data. It is written to be read, not skimmed.

The short version

• We do not sell, rent, or monetize personal information. Ever.
• This website collects only what you type into the contact form.
• Our apps are built local-first: your active data lives on your device and syncs with our backend only to keep your account working across devices.
• Each app has its own privacy policy that covers what that app collects. CoNest’s is at conest.tech/privacy.

This website

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, timeline and message you entered. The message is delivered to our inbox by an email service provider (Resend) acting on our behalf, and we keep it only as long as needed to reply and follow up. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and reliability. These logs are not used to profile visitors.

Our apps

Every application we build follows the same approach. Active items are stored in local storage on your device so the app is fast and works offline. Data is synchronized with our backend services only to keep your account consistent across devices and to provide features that need a server, such as messaging. Synchronization is encrypted in transit.

We do not track, harvest, or sell application data, usage metrics, or profile details to third parties. We do not integrate third-party data brokers or advertising SDKs into our apps.

Security

We keep our attack surface small: fewer cloud dependencies, native platform security features, and access to backend systems limited to the people who need it. Because your data lives on your device, keeping that device and your account credentials secure is a shared responsibility.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. For app accounts, deletion is available inside the app or by contacting us. We respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Children

Our website and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

When this policy changes in a material way, we update the date at the top of this page and, for app users, note the change inside the app.
